Guarantee Details:

1.Credit Card Protection

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank holds you liable for any of this $50.00, Global E will cover your entire liability, up to the full $50.00. Global E will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made through a Global E checkout. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, following a purchase on the Global-e checkout platform, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures and provide Global E with reasonable requested supporting documentation.

2.Data Encryption

We may take steps to de-identify and make anonymous your personal data. In doing so we take steps to ensure that this data cannot be re-identified. We may use Anonymous Data in a number of ways to improve our Services or share it with third parties. In those case, we will do so without notice to you. We will also disclose AnonymousData (with or without compensation) to third parties, including advertisers and partners.

Why do I need to set my browser to accept cookies?
